Inflatable Life Jackets

Inflatable life jackets are made of a single-chamber bladder (EN / ISO standards) or double-chamber bladder (required for MED/SOLAS regulations).

An “independent” automatic life jacket, if correctly worn, will make the wearer’s head position self-adjust even if he / she is unconscious at present, to avoid death due to drowning, but the inflatable life vest cannot protect him / her from cold shock or low temperature injury.
